Become an OCC Dentist
Being an OCC dentist is not for everyone. Are you a dentist who is committed to the overall health and wellness of your patient? Do you believe every patient should have a bi-annual oral cancer screening, and do you provide that to your patients? Would you like to stand out in your community as a dentist who takes oral cancer and early detection/diagnoses seriously? If so, OCC invites you to become an OCC dentist. As an OCC dentist, you will be provided with oral cancer educational material and will become part of the OCC awareness campaign. You can choose from several levels to support OCC. We believe in working hand in hand with our OCC practices and recognizing them as a leader in their community.
OCC Dentist Donor Levels:
$50.00 donation per month per dentist
- Practice Listing on OCC Website (Find an OCC dentist in your area)
- Oral Cancer posters to display in practice provided at no cost
- Press Release provided for practice to distribute in their community
- Access to OCC oral cancer articles library for use on practice website, in newsletters, social media, and correspondence with patients and community
$100.00 donation per month per dentist
- Practice Listing on OCC Website (Find an OCC dentist in your area)
- 50% Discount on Oral Cancer patient education brochures (pdfs of brochures included at no cost)
- Oral Cancer posters to display in practice at no cost
- OCC “Got Mine” stickers to give to each patient after oral cancer screening provided at no cost
- Press Release provided for practice to distribute in their community
- Access to OCC oral cancer articles library for use on practice website, in newsletters, social media, and correspondence with patients and community
- 15% Discount on OCC apparel, jewelry, and promotional items for team members, patients and community events
Donation per month: $1 per oral health exam & oral cancer screening in practice (150 exams = $150 per month) *Minimum of $150.00 per month required for Platinum Level.
Note: The practice can let patients know that for every oral health exam and oral cancer screening done in this office a portion of the exam fee goes to OCC to provide income to oral cancer patients & families during treatments

Funds raised by OCC will be allocated:
- To provide financial help to patients and their families who face the challenges of oral cancer. Many times, the oral cancer patient undergoes extensive treatment and surgery rendering them unable to work, thereby creating a financial strain.
- To create public awareness about the incidence of oral cancer and the necessity of oral cancer exams for early diagnosis and successful treatment.
